JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. – With 2020 elections arriving before you know it, the Teton County Republican Party is hoping to get its base energized and involved.
Local GOP members will host a get-together at Sidewinders today, October 8 from 5:30 – 7 pm. Come meet fellow Republicans and talk about the upcoming SPET election this November 5. (Early voting is already open and can be done anytime between now and November 4 at the Teton County Administration Building, 200 S. Willow Street).
Party organizers are eager to hear what local and state issues are important to voters as it gears up for 2020. Or, maybe you are interested in running for public office. Local Republican leaders can offer assistance, advice, and training, says GOP Chair Alexander Muromcew.
Several upcoming vacancies town and county governing boards are a great way to ease into politics and begin to get involved in your community.
