JACKSON, Wyo. — Cooks of all abilities are invited join the Teton County Library (TCL) book club-meets-potluck this Sunday, Feb. 23, to share dishes prepared from the cookbook “Butcher on the Block” by Matt Moore.

According to a TCL press release, “Butcher on the Block” by Matt Moore (author of “Serial Griller” and “South’s Best Butts,” and grandson of a butcher) shares stories, coveted family recipes and expert tips from the people behind the counter who sell meats, poultry, fish, vegetables and trimmings.

All TCL programs are free and open to the community. Library cardholders can check out the book on Hoopla Digital or stop by the library and ask to see the physical cookbook at the front desk.
