This post is paid for by The Committee to Elect Mike Gierau
Dear Friends and Neighbors,
I have been fortunate enough to be a business owner here in Jackson Hole for 37 years. I own and operate Jedediah Corporation, which has been in business locally since 1980. Jedediahs has proudly been an active supporter of community events including Jackson Hole Live, the 100th Anniversary Celebration of the Town of Jackson and the World Championship Hill Climb. In 2015, I was honored to be named Businessperson of the Year.
As a business owner, I understand that a company is only as good as the people within it. I value the hardworking men and women at Jedediahs, and show my appreciation by providing good wages and opportunities to grow with the company.
Here is what a few of my staff had to say about working at Jedadiahs:
“I’ve worked for Mike at Jedediahs for 16 years and I think that longevity alone says something about what a great place Jeds is to work. I started with Mike just after college and have been lucky to learn this business from him. He has given me a place to grow and advance, and I still look forward to going to work each day.” -Rhea Brough
“Working for Mike is the greatest. I wouldn’t want to work for anyone else. He is the person that cares about his people. It’s knowing when you go to work every day that it is appreciated and you’re definitely going to learn something. It’s knowing Jedediahs and Mike are there for you. You are a person, not a number. It is the best work experience I’ve ever had.”-Jeanette Tindell
If elected to the Wyoming Senate, I will continue to support legislation that assists the hardworking people of Teton County, just as I have as your State Representative. Specifically, I will support legislation that:
- Strengthens our education system at all levels
- Lowers health insurance costs and provides more comprehensive coverage
- Closes the gender pay gap
Make your vote on November 6th a vote for the people of Teton County. Or vote early now in the basement of the Teton County administrative building at 200 South Willow Street in Jackson.
With gratitude,
Mike Gierau
