JACKSON, Wyo. —The 2023 Teton County Fair kicks off next week and there is still time to enter into some of the Fair’s most popular events.
“The deadlines are right around the corner, but we still have openings for a variety of events,” said Teton County Fair and Fairgrounds MaRachel Grimes. “We still have a few spots open for the Cornhole Tournament and Team Branding. For all the kids’ races like bingo, sack races and 3-legged races, everyone is welcome at the scheduled time of the event. For pie eating, diaper derby and wiener dog races, there will be signup sheets in the Big Top Tent throughout Fair Week, starting on Wednesday evening.”
Along with the Blue Ribbon Exhibit Hall, there are still opportunities to enter the English and Western Dressage Horse Show events, Teaming Branding, the Western Non-Pro Performance and Trail Horse Show events.
Deadline for Events:
- Fair Rodeo for all event contestants: Tuesday, July 18 at 4:30 p.m. (Today)
- English and Western Dressage Horse Show: Thursday, July 20 at 5 p.m.
- Blue Ribbon Exhibit Hall in-person or mail-in entries: Friday, July 21 at 5 p.m.
- Blue Ribbon Exhibit Hall online entries: Sunday, July 23 at 5 p.m.
- Team Branding entries: Sunday, July 23 at 5 p.m.
- Team Sorting: Full
- Figure 8 Races: Full
- Pleasure & Non-Pro Western and Trail/Obstacle Course Horse Shows: Thursday, July 27 at 5 p.m.
- Cornhole Tournament: Open until filled
