JACKSON, Wyo. — Tee It Up For Oncology, an annual golf tournament hosted by the Teton Pines Women’s Golf Association, supports the St. John’s Oncology Department.

This year’s event raised over $116,701 from generous Teton Pines Members and will go toward the St. John’s Health oncology department to fund a Sonosite Ultrasound Machine and Sherlock Sensor System. The equipment will help Oncology staff with difficult IV placements for patients who need ongoing IV treatment. All additional funds support the Cancer Survivorship program. Teton Pines membership is not required to contribute to the fundraiser.

Since the tournament’s inception in 2012, Tee It Up For Oncology has raised over $916,000 for St. John’s Health Foundation’s Oncology Fund. This support has enabled our Oncology team to expand and improve its quality of patient care through the purchase of a 3-D mammography machine, brachytherapy afterloader, CT scanner, oncology treatment bays and state of the art infusion chairs.

Special thanks to Lissa Walker, Amy Aubrey and the Teton Pines Women’s Golf Association for their hard work hosting a record-breaking Tee It Up For Oncology Golf Tournament.
