JACKSON, Wyo. — Teton Behavior Therapy is offering extended therapeutic “telehealth” services and hours for adults, children and families due to the effects of COVID-19.

Telehealth offerings include mental health counseling, anxiety and stress treatment, suicide assessments, donation-based support groups, mindfulness work, parental consultations and academic tutoring and coaching.

TBT wants to make sure that you are taking care of yourself and your loved ones, especially as it relates to your emotional well-being, during this difficult and stressful time.

It can be overwhelming to tend to the needs of yourself and others while also managing all of the effects of COVID-19 on your daily life.

TBT does not want finances to be a barrier during this trying time, so they are still accepting insurance and Medicaid, and are offering sliding scale and pro bono services. In addition, a variety of donation-based online, video-format support groups are available.
