JACKSON, Wyo. — Looking for the perfect summer soundtrack? The Wyoming Arts Council has it covered.
Last week, the council announced its 2025 Wyoming Road Trip Playlist in partnership with Wyoming Humanities. The annual playlist includes tunes and podcasts from Wyoming creatives.
Whether cruising down scenic byways, bagging peaks or discovering cultural landmarks, the playlist is ready to accompany any adventure. The list is chock full of local favorites as well as artists from all over the state.
“Music has an amazing ability to connect people to a place,” said Creative Arts Specialist Kimberly Mittelstadt via press release. “The playlist is more than just a collection of songs and podcasts — it’s a way for travelers to experience the spirit of Wyoming.”
Local artists featured on the playlist include: Screen Door Porch, Box Elder, Inland Isle, Strumbucket, Hilary Camino and Benyaro. Check out the playlist on Spotify here.
The Wyoming Road Trip Playlist is part of the Wyoming Independent Music Initiative, which aims to cultivate a thriving music scene across Wyoming.
