TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. – This year Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) will be staggering its opening through Jul. 1 and will begin summer 2021 operations with the opening of the Bridger Gondola for sightseeing this Saturday, May 22, in addition to retail and dining options for guests.

The Bridger Gondola will operate with early-season hours from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily with lift tickets available for purchase online for web special pricing or at Guest Services. Lower mountain hiking trails including Lower Faces Loop, Seven Bridges and Tramline trails are open but may have some snow in certain areas. The Valley Trail and Saratoga Loop are currently closed for construction.

Back by popular demand is Top of the World Waffles, available at Off Piste Market, located atop the Bridger Gondola, as the Aerial Tram will remain closed this summer for extensive scheduled maintenance. In addition to waffles and breathtaking views, the market offers a full espresso bar, gourmet food, beer, wine, sloshies and small essentials like sunscreen, batteries and phone-charging stations.

JHMR’s concern for the health and human safety of all employees and guests continues to remain paramount, and therefore face coverings will be required at all indoor facilities and in the gondola cabins when riding with others outside of your household or group. Face coverings will not be required outdoors or in lift lines, per the most recent CDC guidance. JHMR will continue to update health and safety protocols based on all local, state and federal health recommendations.
