JACKSON, Wyo. — A Weekend Outlook Occupancy Report released by the Jackson Hole Chamber this week shows that occupancy levels are expected to be at 65.7% for the coming weekend with a +8.4% variance from the week prior.

The data represents “what was the actual past weekend”, and what is “on the books” in the coming weekends as of Wednesday, May 12, 2021.

Last weekend’s actuals were 57.1% Occupancy, a very modest variance of +3.7%. The weekend of May 28-29 has 80% occupancies on the books. Please keep in mind that this is an aggregate of All of Jackson Hole. Several Teton Village properties have been closed and are beginning to open up this coming weekend.
