JACKSON, Wyo. — Stio, the mountain lifestyle brand headquartered in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, announced the appointment of Emily Culp to its Board of Directors. Culp joins Stio as a board observer, bringing a high level of expertise in e-commerce and the consumer marketing sector.

Most recently Culp served as the CEO of Cover FX Skincare, and has led e-commerce, omnichannel and retail marketing efforts for a variety of globally recognized brands such as Keds, Rebecca Minkoff, Clinique, Unilever and more. Culp sits on two boards in addition to Stio, including Mizzen + Main and Izzy. She also serves as an advisor to the Women in Retail Leadership Circle and Commerce Next.

“As Stio continues to grow rapidly, we wanted to broaden the experience base on our board to match the size, scale and complexity of the business,” said Stephen Sullivan, founder and CEO at Stio. “We look to Emily to elevate our collective knowledge with her vision, experience and energy. Culp joins the Stio Board of Directors alongside its current members, Stephen Sullivan (Founder and CEO), Noah Waterhouse (President and COO), Allan Karp, Drew Skolnik, Mark Wan and Richard Henry.
