JACKSON, Wyo. — There’s a lot going down this weekend in the valley. From LOTOJA to Old Bill’s Fun Run and the Western Design Conference, Jackson is sure to be busier than usual.

Due to these events, START Bus will be alternating some of their routes and Teton County Parks and Rec will have some temporary parking adjustments.

Parks & Rec

Old Bill’s Fun Run will be starting at the Jackson Elementary School fields this year.  Gill Street will be closed between King Street and Willow Street from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 10. This will impact access to parking for the Recreation Center. The Recreation Center opens at 10 am. Individuals wishing to utilize the Recreation Center will need to park in the Home Ranch Parking Lot or in on-street parking spaces in order to access the Recreation Center before 11 a.m.

The Recreation Center parking lot will open and become accessible after 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 10.

Start Bus

Due to Old Bill’s Fun Run activities, START Bus will not be serving any stops East of Millward from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 10. The one exception to this will be the stops on Snow King Avenue. People affected by this detour can still call START on Demand at 307-342-0056.

Due to LOTOJA activities, START Bus will not be serving any stops west of Middle Schol Road from 11:30 a.m. to end of day.
