From the stage to stories to sass: #WonderWednesday The Moth Stage Buckrail - Jackson Hole, news

Jackson high school students can start kick off #WonderWednesday with a chance to explore performing arts. Because finances shouldn’t be a barrier to pursuing passions, Big City Broadway is offering high school students a unique opportunity to take professional-level theater classes for only $10. Starting this Wednesday, January 24 through the end of May, students can participate in Bridging the Gap Performance Arts clinics after school, Saturdays or during flex periods.

Thursday offers a chance to celebrate the visual arts. Join Trio Fine Art for a pop-up show and reception highlighting the work of four Jackson Hole artists—Carrie Wild, Shannon Troxler, Kathryn Turner and Jennifer Hoffman —who have participated in the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition.

Friday night delivers hilarity and incomparable live stories with five storytellers from The Moth, including Wyoming’s own Nina McConigley, on stage at Center for the Arts. On Saturday, support Off Square Theatre at their annual fundraiser, Madame X Society Gala. This year’s theme recreates the iconic Parisian nightspot The Moulin Rouge.

Finally, pencil in next Tuesday for a Sass dance-class series with Dancers’ Workshop instructor Luke Zender, for women and men.
