JACKSON HOLE, WYO –St. Patrick’s Day is a thing for sure. Equally as impactful for this community, and arguably as much of a reason to hoist a beer and toast slainte is the David J Swift memorial celebration scheduled for Saturday, March 17 at Center for the Arts.
The gathering is set for CFA’s theater lobby and the main theater. There will be a cash bar, so bring a few bills. Snacks and finger food will be available with the exception of tomatoes. David had this thing about tomatoes.
- 6:00pm — Doors open to the Center. Party in the lobby.
- 6:30pm — Theater doors open to claim seats.
- 7:00pm — The show begins. Not sure exactly what will happen (yet) but there will be speakers, stories, photos, and more. Don’t believe the rumors about Evel Knievel.
- 8:30pm — The curtains rise and the celebration moves onto the stage. Derrik and the Dynamos will play and we’ll all dance like there’s no tomorrow.
- 10:30pm — Last call
