JACKSON, Wyo. — St. John’s Health Foundation is pleased to announce Alexis Sailor will be the new Director of Development at St. John’s Health Foundation.

Sailor joined the Foundation on Nov. 6 and will be responsible for donor outreach and overseeing the annual giving and planned giving programs.

“I am excited to join the Foundation just as the St. John’s Health Strategic Plan has been completed,” Sailor said. “I am inspired to support the mission of St. John’s Health and St. John’s Health Foundation, which is ultimately in place to improve the lives of patients and ensure we deliver the highest level of clinical excellence in the region.”

Sailor comes to the Foundation with over 18 years of healthcare sales and leadership experience in the Primary Care and Acute Care space with Roche, McKesson, Abbott and most recently Pathnostics.

St. John’s Health Foundation President Anna Olson is equally as excited as Sailor.

“I am thrilled to add Alexis to our incredible team,” Olson said. “Her healthcare experience will add to our existing team strengths of community engagement, knowledge and experience. Having a full-time staff member dedicated to development work will enable St Johns Health Foundation to respond to the evolving healthcare priorities from the Strategic Plan 2023, including the Hitching Post redevelopment.”

Sailor moved to Teton Valley, Idaho, in the fall of 2020. She grew up in Santa Barbara, California, and after graduating from the University of California Santa Barbara, she began her career in healthcare. She leads an active life with her daughter, Olivia, and her parents Jane and Bo Sailor, who are also full-time Teton Valley residents.  She enjoys walking, hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, skiing, basketball, yoga and meditation.
