Spring weight restrictions now in effect on county roads

JACKSON, Wyo. — Spring thaw brings with it seasonal road restrictions as far as weight limitations. These reductions are put in effect in order to preserve the county’s roadways and bridges.

The following County roads are reduced to a 40,000 lb gross vehicle weight (GVW) restriction, effective March 19, 2020 until further notice (typically mid-May depending on weather). Emergency vehicles and critical services, such as propane delivery and refuse collection, are exempt from this order.
