IRWIN, Idaho. — The Palisades Reservoir is at historically low water levels this season. Currently, the Reservoir is 11% full while the upper snake river system including, Jackson Lake, Palisades, Grassy Lake, Island Park, Ririe, American Falls and Lake Walcott is at 16% capacity.
