JACKSON, Wyo. — Hopefully everyone is enjoying the tastes of spring between the snowflakes.

After snow and freezing temperatures last week, the sun made an appearance over the weekend, bathing the valley in spring weather that felt much warmer than the thermometer said.

The surface of Jackson Lake is completely thawed, thanks to an unseasonably warm end to winter. At least one water skier was spotted ripping turns on the lake on Sunday afternoon.

Spring in the Tetons is never certain, and the forecast for later in the week contains rain, snow and frozen mix, so grab the sunnies and soak it up today.
