JACKSON, Wyo. — Old Bills giving season kicked off with a splash this morning with the annual rubber ducky regatta.

Over 200 rubber duckies representing Old Bills participating nonprofits raced Flat Creek at Garaman Park on this beautiful Friday morning.

Toby Koekkoek is a Community News Reporter, and a recent resident of Teton Valley.
