JACKSON, Wyo. — What season is it, anyway?
A snowstorm swept through the valley overnight on Thursday, May 2, depositing several inches of snow across the Tetons and the valley floor. According to the Bridger-Teton Avalanche Center, Rendezvous Bowl received 7 new inches.

Buckrail photographer Nick Sulzer documented the spring storm, catching a glimpse of a gaggle of skiers truding up Snow King Mountain to enjoy the fresh powder.

By late afternoon, several subsequent hours of sunlight had melted a significant amount of the new snow. But more precipitation is in the forecast.
