JACKSON, Wyo. — The Teton Gables Motel sign has been getting a facelift the past two days. The eye-catching motel sign, located at the “Y” intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 89 is getting a fresh coat of paint.

Teton Gables Motel and Cutty’s recently changed hands, according to a report by the Jackson Hole News & Guide.

The property is owned by Gables Partners LLC. While Cutty’s Grill will continue to operate as-is, a new 26 unit complex with covered parking will be built. 17 of the units will be deed-restricted.
