JACKSON, Wyo. — Community members gathered in Town Square to celebrate the announcement of President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris. After five days of waiting on ballot counts in a few key states, the AP called Pennsylvania for Biden, securing the 270 votes necessary for victory in the presidential election.
