JACKSON, Wyo. — The small brown motel building on the Teton Gables site is currently under demolition.

The nearly two-acre parcel on the corner of Highway 22 is owned by Gables Partners LLC. The plan following the demolition of the single-story brown structure is to develop a 26 unit apartment complex on the southern portion of the lot, which is currently a parking area. The project will participate in the workforce housing program. The total finished apartment square footage will be 18,776.
