JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Chip seal on Highway 390 (Teton Village Road) is now complete.

Work remains on the busy highway, however, and that will get underway today. Crews will be working on the overshoot and fog seal. With the overshoot and fog seal, vehicles will not be able to drive over the surface until it has set.

Flaggers will be out on the road this week to keep drivers off the surface long enough to not damage the fog seal it while it is still wet. Crews will be working as quickly as possible to keep traffic moving.

This should be the last operation that will really impact traffic, and crews are hoping to finish this work in two days. That is, of course, dependent on weather but the forecast looks promising.
