ALTA, Wyo. — The Teton County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for more information related to the ski accident at Grand Targhee resort on Jan. 3 that left Rose Nicklas seriously injured.
Teton County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on two unidentified witnesses who might have more information that can assist in the investigation.
Nicklas was life-flighted to the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls and sustained several life-threatening injuries including a collapsed lung, pulmonary contusion, and lacerated liver along with a broken scapula, multiple broken ribs, shattered tibia and fibula, broken wrist and a possible concussion.
