JACKSON, Wyo. — The Center for the Arts will be hosting a virtual live session with Sheena Dhamsania this Thursday, July 31 at 5 p.m. followed by additional events and virtual performances throughout the month of August.
The livestream performance with Sheena Dhamsania can be viewed on the event website HERE or on The Center’s Facebook page.
Born and raised in Michigan, Sheena moved to Wyoming a decade ago where she commenced her career in teaching and playing music. A familiar face on the local music scene, you can typically find Sheena singing and playing in a variety of Jackson bands. In this next iteration, she dives into a self-driven project.
Interweaving her roots in Hindu drones, Lo-Fi soundscapes and Motown harmonies with explorations in different genres she has learned along the way, Sheena expresses her music with authentic and eclectic intention.
