Shannon Brennan's commitments to voters

A message from State House of Representatives candidate Shannon Brennan:

JACKSON, Wyo. — Enough is enough. Politicians representing Teton County are not delivering on their promises. Shannon Brennan, running to represent House District 23 in the Wyoming House of Representatives, is committed to the voters.

Shannon is running because she believes District 23 deserves a representative who is fully dedicated — not part-time, not distracted. She commits to being present for every session, every committee meeting, and every vote in Cheyenne.

“I understand government,” she wrote in her candidate statement. “I understand the content of legislative work. I have worked with governors, commissioners, and mayors on environmental, groundwater, and energy production concerns. Now I would like to help make the law. I request your vote for Wyoming House District 23 on November 3, 2026. I will be there for you.”

Shannon has made the following commitments to her voters:

Work with all, regardless of party affiliation, in District 23 and beyond, to understand our citizens’ issues and find conservative-based solutions collaboratively
Build bipartisan coalitions within the legislature on issues that matter most to our district, our county, and our state
Seek meaningful committee positions aligned with District 23 priorities
Provide regular, transparent reporting back to constituents
Champion conservation, water rights, and public/private land protection
Bring answers to housing challenges in Teton County
Identify and promote strategies to improve affordability in District 23
Advocate for St. John’s Health and rural healthcare funding
Protect the Permanent Wyoming Mineral Trust Fund
Work across county lines on shared priorities
Forge closer relationships with fellow legislators, build new trust, and represent District 23 more strategically, effectively, and completely as a member of the Wyoming’s majority party
