JACKSON, Wyo. — The Senior Center of Jackson Hole (SCJH) is hosting the Alzheimer’s Association’s Empowered Caregiver Series, which is designed to support and empower caregivers through education, resources and community connection.

All classes in the free series will take place at the SCJH at 830 East Hansen Ave. from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

The first class, held on Wednesday, Oct. 1, will delve into how participants can build foundations of caregiving, support and independence.

The following session, which takes place on Nov. 5, will focus on communicating effectively. The last class of the series, scheduled for Dec. 3, will discuss ways for responding to dementia-related behaviors.
