JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Tomorrow is the final Winter People’s Market of the season. With improving weather the year-round market will make it back outdoors at the base of Snow King beginning June 6, every Wednesday 4-7pm through September 19, 2018.
The Winter Peoples Market will go out with a bang this Saturday, April 21. The fun family event with delicious local and healthy foods will also feature live music by Minor Keys in addition to regional winter produce, meat from local ranches, raw honey, dairy, eggs, canned and prepared foods.
The market is a product of SLOW FOOD IN THE TETONS.
Saturday will include:
- Certified Organic Garlic from Alpenglow Farm (Victor, ID)
- Microgreens and Teton Spring Mix (lettuce, mustards, arugula and kale) (all pesticide free) from Huidekoper Ranch (Wilson, WY)
- Certified Organic Baby Beets and Baby Bok Choy from Amaltheia Produce (Belgrade, MT)
- Certified Organic Shiitake and Beech Mushrooms from Garden City Fungi (Missoula, MT)
- Quinoa from Penfold Farms (Teton Valley, ID)
