Then at 3 p.m. under the Tram, the LowDown Brass Band will seamlessly blend soul, funk, hip-hop and jazz in an all-horn ensemble acclaimed by The Gazette, Fame Magazine and The Chicago Reader.
The LowDown Brass Band is a dynamic embodiment of Chicago’s music culture, with a discography boasting over 1.1 million Spotify streams. Their recent singles “Call Me” and “Take Me Away” showcase their genre-defying talent. The upcoming release, “So Long,” blends hip-hop storytelling with 808 beats.
