TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. — It’s that time of year again!

The annual Dick’s Ditch competition is back at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, running from Friday, March 22 through Sunday, March 24.

Dick’s Ditch is a two-day banked slalom competition that runs on the man-made and natural terrain from below Nez Perce down through classic upper Dick’s Ditch to finish near the Marmot chair. This year’s Dick’s Ditch course will continue to honor the unique character of the event, with a nod to classic banked slaloms. Friday is an optional inspection day. Saturday’s run is a qualifier for the Sunday finals. Seventy percent of the field in each category advances to Sunday’s competition. The best place to watch the race is from Amphitheater trail, off of the Thunder lift.

Pro divisions earn cash prizes of $1,000 for first place, $500 for second place and $250 for third place. Cash prizes will be awarded for the pro divisions only. Division winners will receive a custom Dick’s Ditch belt buckle. Raffle prizes and other podium awards will be distributed from JHMR’s partners.

Registration fills quickly and closes on Thursday March 21, so sign up now!
