JACKSON, Wyo. — In what has become a bit of an annual event and rite of spring, the Forest Service will be closing off the Cache Creek trailhead and parking area soon for a day of maintenance.
The dirt road and parking area to Cache Creek trailhead will be closed on Tuesday, May 3 to perform road grading and repair.
On this day, the dirt road will be closed for cars, although individuals can walk and bike to the trailhead.
The timing of this closure will be dependent upon spring weather, as the roadbed will need to dry out some before work can be completed.
