JACKSON, Wyo. — Never one to blend into the background, Rendezvous Bistro is going out in the same manner in which it entered the Jackson Hole food scene – with loved ones, celebrating fantastic food, drink and the distinct honor a restaurant can have in welcoming and bidding adieu to life’s many memorable moments.
“The Jackson community has always played an important role in the success of Rendezvous Bistro, both in 2001 when we opened and continuing to this day,” said owner Gavin Fine. “When planning the last month of the restaurant being open, it felt appropriate to celebrate the dedicated guests who have been by our side throughout it all. We hope to see everyone in the restaurant (or ordering to go) one more time.”
While the closing of the restaurant was in the works before COVID entered the scene, Fine and the Rendezvous Bistro team adapted their initial closing festivities to provide celebrations appropriate for the current climate.
Beginning on March 1 and running until the final night of service on March 26, Rendezvous Bistro will host a variety of thank yous, including:
March 1 – 7: Hospital employees and first responders receive 25% off, dine-in and to-go.
March 8 – 14: Kids under 12 eat free, dine in and to go.
March 15 – 21: Teton County School District and local school employees receive 25% off, dine in and to go./strong>
March 22 – 26: Complimentary glass of champagne for those 21+, dine in only.
March 26: Final night of service
