SUBLETTE COUNTY, WYO – Pinedale partied like rockstars yesterday as residents there celebrated designation from Polaris that they are truly “RANGER Country USA.”

As part of the recognition as “RANGER Country USA,” the tiny town nestled at the base of the Wind River Range was treated to an intimate concert from country music superstar Jake Owen.

“I’ve been fortunate enough to tour the nation, meeting the hard-working Americans that make up these small towns,” Owen said in recognition of the event. “Coming from a small town myself, these are my people, and to be a part of an initiative recognizing them is incredible.”

Owen teamed up with Polaris to commemorate the hard-working, small American towns that are often overlooked. The concept behind “RANGER Country USA” was to commemorate the one-millionth Polaris RANGER produced. RANGERs are used by farmers, ranchers, outdoorsmen and a host of other hardworking Americans to get their work done.

To pay homage to small town America, Polaris profiled five finalists for Americans to vote on the story. The town they liked best, after three weeks of voting, was Pinedale, Wyoming.

During yesterday’s celebration, Polaris unveiled a “RANGER Country USA” mural depicting the RANGER-lifestyle embodied by Pinedale. The event included donations of the all-new 2019 RANGER CREW XP 1000 vehicles to three deserving local organizations and was highlighted by a special performance by Jake Owen.
