Badger is a four-year-old, male, Black Labrador Retriever mix. When he was found as a stray in Star Valley in the fall, his collar was embedded into his neck and it was clear that he had been surviving outdoors for quite some time. No one claimed him and he was transferred to the Animal Adoption Center December 1, 2017.
Badger couldn’t have a more mellow and loving temperament, but will gladly join you on all of your Jackson adventures! He accompanies his favorite foster fat-biking up Cache Creek weekly and couldn’t be more loyal. Although he has lived outside for an undetermined amount of time, he is doing well with his house-breaking—just be mindful that he might need a little extra help. Badger doesn’t mind other dogs but will have to go to a home with NO cats. Badger is certain to make a great dog for the Tetons and is so excited to find his family! Please call the Animal Adoption Center at 307.739.1881 or stop by during operating hours to inquire more and meet Badger.
