Tinsley is ready to be whatever kinda gal pal you need, she just wants to be someone’s gal pal! PAWS helped transfer Tinsley from the Idaho Falls Animal Shelter earlier this summer when they were full, and we’re racking our fur-brains on why she hasn’t found her family yet, she’s that doggone good!
