JACKSON, Wyo. — It doesn’t get chummier than this fellow, meet Oswald!

Oswald, aka Ozzie, is an all-around easy-going best friend to everyone. He was adopted as a puppy from the Teton Valley Community Animal Shelter and was returned 8 years later due to circumstances that were not Ozzie’s fault. Ozzie desperately wants to go all paws in back to regular family life and will fit in well with a variety of homelife situations.
