Pet of the Week: Meet Barkley

Put Barkley in, coach. He’s ready to play. Today!

Barkley is an all-American boy who has an obsession with playing ball. This 3-year-old male Catahoula mix is built to run, catch, and fetch and has aspirations of being the first dog invited to play on the MLB’s All-Star Team.

Barkley was transferred to the Jackson/Teton County Animal Shelter through PAWS’ pilot rescue program and is currently available for adoption.

Due to current special precautions, the Jackson/Teton County Animal Shelter is closed to the general public. Please call the shelter to arrange a safe meet-and-greet with Barkley if you are interested in adopting him at (307) 733-2139.
