Pet of the Week: Meet Barbie

If you haven’t met Barbie yet you are missing out! This sweet girl is around two years old and arrived at the Animal Adoption Center (AAC) on May 12 after one of their biannual free spay/neuter clinics on the Wind River Indian Reservation. In just a few short months she has gone from a frightened stray on the reservation to a cuddly, house trained, people loving adventure dog!

Barbie is learning to get along with other dogs besides Ken and Chucho (her boyfriend and baby that came with her from the Reservation), and she is making great progress. Barbie is particular with what dogs she likes and dislikes so it is not yet clear if Barbie would thrive in a household with another dog. The AAC would love to make some proper introductions to see if another dog could be a good fit in her forever home! She gets along with cats and kids and has even learned how to mountain bike. Barbie is around 45-50 pounds and ready to play in the mountains with a new family. Call the Animal Adoption Center at 307.739.1881 or stop by to meet this beautiful girl
