JACKSON HOLE, WYO – The Town of Jackson’s engineering department will be busy on Snow King Avenue this week.
Crews will be working on the eastbound lane of Snow King Ave doing pavement repair between Flat Creek Drive and South Millward Street. This work will take place Wednesday, October 3, (weather permitting).
The Town of Jackson and Ridgeline Excavation, Inc. will perform pavement repair work. As a result, the eastbound lane of Snow King Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Virginian Lane and Flat Creek Drive.
Eastbound traffic will be required to turn left onto Virginian Lane. Westbound traffic on Snow King Avenue will continue west through the intersection. Flat Creek Drive users should plan to use alternate routes or expect minor delays at the intersection.
The lane closure and detours will take place from 7am to 7pm on Wednesday, October 3 unless the project is delayed by weather. Pedestrians and bicyclists will be allowed through the construction but should use sidewalks and be aware of equipment working and variable conditions in the area.
