JACKSON, Wyo. — The Teton Behavioral Health Alliance (TBHA), an initiative of the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, proudly announces the launch of the Behavioral Health Dashboard, a vital component of the Teton Community Wellbeing Dashboard. This innovative data tool, developed through a collaborative effort involving over 70 local organizations and facilitated by LegacyWorks Group, aims to enhance the future of behavioral health supports in Teton County.
Funded by the Community Foundation, the Behavioral Health Dashboard is a website and online tool where users can explore interconnected data metrics about behavioral health. “We believe that access to behavioral health data will help community members, mental health professionals, organizational leaders, and private and public funders make informed decisions about how to create positive change,” said Kate Schelbe, Backbone Leader of the Teton Behavioral Health Alliance.
Much of the data is sourced from the Behavioral Health Alliance’s Community needs assessments. Community partners also shared additional data sources and insights to make the Dashboard possible. Lindsay Long, the Clinical Operation Manager of Behavioral Health at St John’s Health explained, “The data is one step closer to being able to understand the behavioral health needs of our community, so we can respond promptly and effectively.”
LegacyWorks Group constructed the Dashboard and will steward the data. The group will continue to gather feedback and engage in cycles of continuous improvement, so that it remains a relevant tool to track and inform solutions. Community participation is encouraged, and feedback on user experience may be shared via this Feedback Form.
The Behavioral Health Dashboard will be presented as part of the TBHA’s Town Hall meeting Wednesday, September 18, 2024, from 5:30 to 6:45pm at Teton County Library’s Ordway Auditorium. The meeting is open to the public and can be attended in person or via Zoom.

About the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole
The Community Foundation of Jackson Hole has a mission of improving lives through philanthropic leadership. This includes acting as a leader, catalyst, and resource for our community. We make grants, provide excellent donor services, and ensure the sustainability of our philanthropic community. We do these things well because we listen to our community. We are committed to opening our minds to possibility. This has led us to launching three community-wide initiatives that focus on the root causes of community challenges, including Behavioral Health, Housing Solutions, and Education and Families. Our team is smart and flexible but that is not as important to us as our desire to create a supportive environment where we can make meaningful change with our nonprofit partners, and in turn, the community at large. We talk things through, and then we innovate and implement them. We believe in connection, collaboration, compassion, and curiosity. More information www.cfjacksonhole.org
