The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with appetizers and drinks, followed by multiple courses of food and wine. With dishes like 36 hour braised short ribs and crispy duck breast with sour cherry jus, each course will be expertly prepared by the Bin22 culinary team and paired with wines from M Imports.
