JACKSON, Wyo. — Old West Days, Jackson Hole’s annual heritage festival, returns with a promising array of new events and locations. From Friday, May 17 to Monday, May 27, Jackson Hole will be abuzz with festivities and events showcasing the spirit of the Old West.

May 17 marks the start of one of Old West Day’s newest events, Jackson Hole Restaurant Week. During Restaurant Week, diners can sample the signature dishes of 30 of Jackson’s best restaurants and eateries, all on special discounted prix fixe menus. Simply choose a participating restaurant and ask for the Restaurant Week menu. Reservations are not required but are encouraged. Restaurant Week ends Friday, May 24. 

Returning to Old West Days in a brand-new location, the Teton Powwow kicks off Saturday, May 18 at the picturesque Munger Mountain School. This vibrant celebration of indigenous cultures features traditional dance, drumming, arts and crafts and the unique opportunity for attendees to immerse themselves in the region’s heritage.

On Tuesday, May 21, the historic Town Square will transform into a seafood paradise with the brand-new Town Square Seafood Boil hosted by Spring Creek Ranch. Guests can indulge in a feast of fresh seafood served up in true Old West style against the backdrop of downtown. This event promises to be a delight for both locals and visitors craving a taste of the sea in the heart of the West.

For those seeking exploration and adventure, the Ranch Tour on Wednesday, May 22 offers the rare chance to experience life on the range and see the inner workings of Jackson’s famed ranches. From working cattle to seasoned ranchers, participants will learn about the inner workings of Jackson’s ranches, culminating in a four-course meal sourced from local ingredients.

The excitement continues on Saturday, May 25 with the Old West Brewfest, now housed in the new and spacious Teton County Fairgrounds Community Building. Beer enthusiasts can sample a selection of craft brews from the best local and regional breweries while enjoying live music and entertainment.
