JACKSON, Wyo. — Nonprofits interested in participating in Old Bill’s Fun Run may submit an application at oldbills.org from Monday, May 1 at 9 a.m. to Friday, May 19 at 5 p.m. Applications must be submitted by nonprofits by May 19th to participate in Old Bill’s 2023.  For information about nonprofit eligibility requirements, please click here.

Orientation Meeting on May 1

Organizations that participated in 2022 must submit a grant report as part of the application. Staff members new to Old Bill’s are encouraged to attend the Orientation Meeting, which will be held via Zoom on Monday, May 1 from 1 to 2 p.m. Click here to register. Handouts and Zoom link will be emailed in advance to registered participants. Orientation Meeting is mandatory for organizations participating in Old Bill’s for the first time or after a hiatus.

Application information

Organizations will complete their Old Bill’s applications using a Community Foundation platform called Grantee View. To avoid stress on May 1, please ensure you can log in prior to that date. As an organization that has participated in Old Bill’s, their GranteeView User ID is an email address. If an organization is new to Old Bill’s & Grantee View, it will need to register as a Grant Administrator. Please contact Cindy Corona if you have any trouble logging into Grantee View.

Old Bill’s 2023 Giving Season will take place from Aug. 11 to Sept. 15. Old Bill’s Run Day will take place on Saturday, Sept. 9.

One of the most innovative fundraisers in the nation, Old Bill’s Fun Run is also one of the most successful. In 2022, the event raised $19,957,301 from 4,193 donors. Old Bill’s has brought an astounding $228 million in philanthropic dollars to our community. These funds are busy feeding the hungry, supporting the sick and elderly, teaching kids to read, protecting wildlife, building affordable housing, enriching our lives through the arts and touching the lives of everyone in Teton County.
