WILSON, Wyo. — On April 25, Nora’s Fish Creek Inn soft-launched a walk up window for their new espresso room that will be serving coffee drinks, grab and go burritos, sandwiches and warm banana bread to its customers.

According to Delaney Burst, Nora’s general manager and executive chef, the feedback so far has been super positive.

“People are loving the burritos,” Burst says. “Everything is just amazing!”

The menu includes the famous huevos rancheros but with bacon in burrito form, as well as a classic sausage, egg and cheese option. The warm banana bread is served with butter.

The new espresso machine was set up with the help of Overview Coffee owner Alex Yoder. Nora’s will be serving up vanilla, caramel and hazelnut lattes, in addition to chai. There are almond and oat milk options available to non-dairy drinkers.

For kids, there’s a Starbucks-like vanilla steamer option that Burst is calling a vanilla or almond toastie. “It’s very nostalgic for myself,” Burst says of the drink, which reminds her of what she used to drink when she was younger.

Within the next week or two, Nora’s is also planning to block off two parking spots in the front of the window with flower boxes and benches to create an area for pick up and enjoyment.

The window currently opens at 8 a.m. during the off season and closes with the main restaurant, although summer plans include pushing that to potentially as early as 6 a.m.

Whether you’re a community member who lives up the street, a commuter coming over Teton Pass or a visitor to town, everyone is welcome to stop by and experience the new espresso room!
