WILSON, Wyo. — A local favorite and feature on Guy Fieri’s Diners Drive-Ins and Dives, Nora’s Fish Creek Inn will officially be closing its doors on Oct. 15.

According to their website, Nora’s was first opened in 1982 by Noras Tygum, who passed away earlier this month at the age of 79.

“We had an amazing long run, but I’m ready for my next adventure, said Kathryn Taylor, Nora’s owner and daughter Tygum. “I will be opening a new restaurant down in Big Piney. Would love to see this place go to someone local to continue on the legacy.”

Nora’s has been voted Best Breakfast in the “Best of JH” for several years and received a James Beard Award in 2012. Highly regarded for its huevos rancheros, banana bread and historic cabin, the Wilson breakfast staple will surely be missed by locals.
