WILSON, Wyo. — Nora’s Fish Creek Inn is now offering an elevated dinner experience seven days a week from 5 to 9 p.m.

Chef Jesse Rezin, General Manager Delaney Burst and Bar Manager Ryan Knaeble constructed the new dinner and drinks program as a team. There will be renditions of past Nora’s favorites along with new inspired homestyle dishes, including prime rib seven days a week.

“The burger and wings have been an instant favorite,” Burst notes.

New, fun drinks for the cocktail menu include Why Not, a spicy watermelon marg featuring house-made jalapeno tequila and fresh squeezed watermelon juice, and what Burst confirms is the best espresso martini in the world, featuring overview coffee.

Don’t miss the rotating sloshies either!

Also keep an eye out for happy hour every week night, Monday through Friday, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. It currently features two for one drinks and discounts on dill-pickle brined smoked wings, prime rib sliders and french fries, but a special menu is coming very soon!

“It’s a slightly more elevated feel than breakfast and lunch, while still being as inviting and family friendly as ever,” Burst says of the new dinner experience.

“Nora’s at Night” is one of a few exciting changes to the beloved local restaurant, which has been under new ownership and management since last year.
