JACKSON, Wyo. — Nonprofits interested in participating in Old Bill’s Fun Run may apply at oldbills.org from Wednesday, May 1 at 9 a.m. until Monday, May 20 at 5 p.m. Applications must be submitted by nonprofits by May 20 in order to participate in Old Bill’s 2024. Orientation Meeting on May 1

Organizations that participated in 2023 must submit a grant report as part of the application. Staff members new to Old Bill’s are encouraged to attend the Orientation Meeting, which will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, May 1 from 1 to 2 p.m. Click here to register. Handouts and a Zoom link will be emailed in advance to registered participants. The orientation meeting is mandatory for organizations participating in Old Bill’s for the first time or after a hiatus. 

Application information 

Organizations will complete their Old Bill’s applications using the Community Foundation’s Old Bill’s Application Portal. To avoid stress on May 1, please ensure you can log in before that date. As an organization that has participated in Old Bill’s, their User ID is an email address. If an organization is new to Old Bill’s, it will need to register as a Grant Administrator. Old Bill’s 2024 Giving Season will take place from August 9 to September 13. Old Bill’s Run Day will be held on Saturday, September 7 at the Jackson Elementary School Fields. 

One of the most innovative fundraisers in the nation, Old Bill’s Fun Run is also one of the most successful. In 2023, the event raised a record-breaking $27,946,089 from 4,091 donors. Old Bill’s has brought more than $256 million in philanthropic dollars to the community. These funds are busy feeding the hungry, supporting the sick and elderly, teaching kids to read, protecting wildlife, building affordable housing, enriching lives through the arts and touching the lives of everyone in Teton County.
