JACKSON, Wyo. — The newly established nonprofit Trueness Project will host a special community seminar at the Cloudveil in Jackson on Friday, Dec. 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The free event will introduce locals to the nonprofit’s mission of promoting honesty, integrity and authenticity in all aspects of life and will feature an inspirational presentation from founder M Teresa Lawrence.
Teresa will share images and stories from her recent trip to Kenya from 10 a.m. to noon. She will also discuss the organization’s initiatives for 2024, including upcoming projects in Kenya and Nepal. After networking and lunch from noon to 2 p.m., Teresa will share her world record-breaking Butterfly Community Building Event to be held in Jackson on June 29, 2024. Teresa intends to gather the largest number of people dressed as butterflies in history. The town square in Jackson will shine in this beautiful community building event.
The Dec. 8 seminar will encourage attendees to embrace the Trueness Project’s goals and spread its message of building community, celebrating creativity and spreading love during the holiday season. Lawrence will explain how her June 2024 event will bring tourism and leadership to Jackson Hole, setting an example of “Leadership of Play.”
While the seminar is free, a $100 donation to support Trueness Project’s ongoing efforts is encouraged. The event will wrap up promptly at 4 p.m.
