New maps afloat for Upper Green and New Fork Rivers

WYOMING –State of Wyoming Game and Fish Department has shared updated maps pertaining to Upper Green and New Fork Rivers.

The recently revamped cartography addresses an already state-favorite 70-mile region spanning Pinedale to Fontenelle Reservoir.

From Fontenelle, The Upper Green River map covers an area reaching to Green River Lakes while The New Fork River map covers the confluence with Green River and continues to Pinedale, a section deemed particularly popular for angling as well as boats upon that stream.

Both new maps highlight access roads, boat ramp access, river mileage between boat ramps, designated camping areas, fishing easements on private lands, rest rooms locations, and public land ownership.
