JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Engel & Völkers announced it has opened a new shop in Jackson Hole, expanding the global real estate brand’s presence in the Northwest region of the United States. The brokerage will be led by license partner and managing broker Andrew Ellett alongside his wife Crystal Ellett, who is also an owner.
Anthony Hitt, president and CEO of Engel & Völkers Americas, said, “Jackson Hole is known for its natural beauty, vicinity to national parks and outdoor lifestyle, but it is also one of the most unique real estate markets in the U.S. Jackson has fewer than 20,000 residents but hosts over 3,000,000 visitors each year from across the country and around the world. When you pair this level of demand—whether it’s to live here or own a second home—along with an incredibly small supply of inventory, it results in a robust real estate market with the price per square foot of property being one of the highest in the nation. We’re confident that Andrew’s experience, expertise and commitment to client service makes him the ideal partner to introduce Engel & Völkers as a global real estate brand to the market.”
A grand opening for the new office took place last week at 50 South King Street.
“As demand in Jackson Hole continues to rise, we are raising the bar for customer care and professionalism in partnering with Engel & Völkers,” said Andrew Ellett. “Jackson Hole has the unique circumstance that only 6% of land in Teton County can be developed. As more people domestically and from around the world express interest in real estate investment in the region, we knew it was time to partner with a global brand to bring a certain level of sophistication, luxury and service to Jackson Hole and the surrounding area.”
